I hope everyone is well. For the first week of November there were 107 participants on the spread sheet and of that 107, there were 52 people that showed a loss (total of 109.8lbs), 13 people stayed the same, 18 people did not record, and 24 people showed a gain (41.5lbs). Congratulations to everybody.

Ohh I reached the 20th place nice. But I had gained before, so hopefully this week I will get a real loss if I go further than 1.2 lb. I'm taking care, little by little of my food. I'm starting with a Jillian Michaels dvd, and I thought it was a piece of cake, but the next day all my body was hurting, lol, so I underestimated the few minutes of the workout. I love that, in such a little time, my body gets a real work.
I wonder why it's so hard to get started to do the right things, even if they give us so much happiness. So, I'll stick to go on, and let's see the change, no matter it lasts to arrive.0 -
