Carpal Tunnel Flare Up

I have mild Carpal Tunnel Flare Ups occasionally, especially when the weather changes a lot, and it definitely has been doing that around here lately. My left wrist is now very achy and weak during this flare up. I also just stopped taking a medication that seemed to aggravate it a little as well. I would really like to lift on Friday morning. I have had a few weeks off. Will I make things worse? Are there lifts I should avoid?

    Omg i was just getting ready to make my own post about carpel tunnel.... i just recently developed and would absolutely LOVE to know what i can do to relieve the pain and numbness :( it hurts so much that i cry and am occasionally brought to my knees.. i don't know what to do :(

    I'd definitely seek out an active release practitioner. A few of my clients have had great results with the CT by getting some ART done. It's not a cure all, but I think it's worth a shot. You can search providers on the active release website:
