So for the past 2 weeks I've really been focusing a lot of strength training and circuit training. I signed up to do the Mamavation 2 week challenge in which Bob Harper was participating. What it means is that I utilized bobharper.com and did all of his workouts. They are no more than 20-25 minutes and are jam packed with intense strength moves. I still have one more work out to do this week to be done with the 2 week challenge, but I measured today and I've lost an inch around my waist, half an inch in my hips, and half an inch in my thigh. And you know what...my scale says I've gained a pound, to that I say :tongue: :tongue: :tongue: !

I don't care what the scale says. In fact I expected this to happen with all the strength training focus. I'm feeling stronger, regularly using 8lb weights, and am about to go out and buy 10lbs because I'm getting so much stronger.
