Newbie

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I have using myfitnesspal for maybe a month now but have only just starting signing up to groups. Hoping that it will give some extra motivation. I am 22, 165cm and currently weigh 74kg. My first goal would be to get down to 69kg and then ideally get to and maintain 65kg. I have actually got to 69kg a couple of times since I started my weight loss journey about a month ago but i always seem to get abit excited and celebrate a little to much (with food) when i get there lol.

    Welcome aboard! You may also want to get some friends on your list - I find that it helps to stay on track if you are regularly checking in with others. Also check out the NZ mfp facebook page - it has a bit more activity / posting going on in it than this forum (usually).
