Great sugar substitute - Zsweet

I just have to share because I was impressed. Being new to low carb and with Thanksgiving coming up, I was looking for a sugar substitute to use with my pumpkin cheesecake recipe. I ordered the granulated version of Zsweet from Amazon. I was skeptical - they said it measures and tastes like sugar. I tried it today in some whipped cream and you know what? They are right! Seriously, I never would have known it was an artificial sweetener if I hadn't put it in myself. Just thought I'd pass along the info in the event you're cooking for Thanksgiving and needed some sweetener. I'm also using it for my homemade cranberry sauce.

Looks like a combination of two ingredients: Erythritol and S. rebaudiana leaf extract. Yes, it looks exactly like sugar.
