Week 11 weigh in

Hey folks, where has everyone gone?

Come on, I need some encouragement and I expect so do you.

Not done so well over the last few weeks, weight up 2lb, back to 203, and no exercise for about 4weeks

Determined to get back on track, so back to 30mins exercise 5 days a week starting today

Goal for week 12, back to 201lb

    I am getting back on track. Had a rough couple of weeks and I'll be darned if I do not reach my goal. A little set back, but I am here.
