A goal NSV (Non-Scale Victory): continue strength training twice weekly - the class I've been in just ended, so now I have to motivate myself!
Today will be my second day of strength training this week - I think I'm going to try some new body weight exercises (assisted pull-ups and dips), which will fulfill the challenge of trying something new! Also, I'm sure I haven't lost three pounds in just a week, so I'm going to make sure that I keep drinking enough water. Hopefully things will even out and I can see a reflection of how much fat I've lost.0 -

How's your goal NSV (None Scale Victory) coming along? Great! My NSV was only one cheat day a week. But, I have modified that to eat when hungry (even if you go over) BUT aim for healthier foods when you do. And eat at 15-20% below TDEE.
PS: I am sure I didn't lose 3 lbs but maybe my water is evening out. We shall see! :-)0 -

NSV (None Scale Victory): To go Black Friday shopping the day after Thanksgiving and by some size 5 pants and some very cute outfits at fantastic prices.
