Synythroid question

Hey ladies who take synthroid! I have a question for you all.
My dose was upped from .50 mcg to .75 mcg and today is the 3rd day I've taken the upped dose. Yesterday I started getting cramps in my lower right side, like period cramps. They shot down my thigh all the way to my knee making my knee feel kind of weak even. I took some ibuprofen thinking that it was just that I had to go to the bathroom or something.
It didn't stop, it just dulled last night and moved from the right to the middle. It wasn't painful anymore, but very uncomfortable especially if I put pressure on my abdomen.
This morning is the same--dull and annoying.
It's not time for my period, I'm not due until the 18th. I've over a week past ovulation time and I felt the ovulation cramps as I always do. (I definitely pay attention to my body, been trying to get pregnant for over a year now).
I would suspect maybe I was pregnant, but giving the timing, it's too soon to tell or get symptoms I would imagine.
Anyway, any ladies with the upped dose, or when you started synthroid, did you experience cramping? I know it's all hormones and all so it does weird stuff to your body, but I don't remember going through this when I first started on the medication.

When my synthroid dose is too high, I get weird pains in my breasts and chest pains. I've never had abdominal cramps from a too-high dosage.0

well it's definitely not too high, I know that. My th was 6 or 7 and she said it should be at the highest, 2, so who knows. Maybe i am pregnant and that's why. They say you feel symptoms earlier with 2nd and 3rd kids and we're trying for # 30

TSH measures inversely to how well your thyroid is working. If your TSH is too high, your Synthroid dose is too low. I get the symptoms I mentioned when my Synthroid dosage is too high. I get a whole slew of different problems when it's too low.0

I found out I have cysts on my ovaries and one ruptured. That's what the pain was.0

Holy cow, I've had that happen, it hurts like the ****ens! I hope you're feeling better. (I hope they gave you good drugs, haha!)0

I get weird pains like that too, but I don't think it's the synthroid. I've been getting them on and off since I stopped taking birth control pills. My doctor suspects that I might have PCOS, but I declined getting an ultrasound to confirm it. I told him that I'm not trying to have kids, and I didn't want to pay a bunch of money for a diagnosis unless I actually intend on treating it. Since I feel good most of the time, I'd rather not go on any more pills. He said to come back if any of my symptoms (acne, irregular periods, etc) get worse.0

My husband and I have been trying for our 3rd for over a year now... So having cysts would explain not getting pregnant. I think Mirena gave them to me and I just never noticed until recently when I had one rupture. That's what the HUGE pain was last week on top of the bladder infection. I'm totally bummed about this. She told me not to worry about it unless it happens again, then she wants to do an ultrasound and all this. I didn't tell my doc that we've been trying to get pregnant though either. I'm kind of embarrassed about it because of not having insurance, hubby and I missed open enrollment at his job when he got hired through the company instead of agency..... It just really sucks knowing that there's a chance I might never get pregnant again.0
