Hi everyone, got this great idea, well I think, I dont know bout you butusualy I worry too much about what I eat, and exercising, well I was thinking this whole I want to do all this but without the stress it comes with. Take it little by little, monday no sweet day, replace it with a hug, this will be your best reward. Tuesday, for everything negative that pops in your head say something encouraging. Wednesday. Vegetables all day. Thursday, plan a healthy meal with a love one. Friday, look at youself in the mirror and tell yourself how beutiful/handome you are, and no matter what you do where you are smile, God made a wonderful person.

Yes those are fine, they are the good sweets that your body needs, and makes your hunger go away. Keep up the good work!! There is nothing better than support from other people that understand what we go through and share our happiness.0

Please forgive my typos, I have a bit of a problem with my computer and writes funny......
Well for my Monday I do have to say it was hard, I love sweets, but I kept thinking about how great you all are doing, and I made it!!! yay... One more thing, someone while back gave me a tip, when im craving swees so bad, drink tea, flavor tea, and yes it does help. I know not everyone likes tea, but its jst an idea.0 -
I couldn't resist the sweets yesterday - but, I didn't indulge (or rather overindulge) in as many as I once might have. I put in the total calories of the sweets I had, I was over my daily calories, but, I'm not going to dwell on it - I'm changing my lifestyle and my choices, and somedays I'm not going to make great choices but they aren't going to control me.

Before I had even read about this challenge yesterday, I had ordered a cinnamon roll from a drive-thru because I love sweets and it was only $1. However, I only took one bite (which probably wasn't even a full bite) and put it away never to finish the rest of it. After reading the challenge, I would say I did fairly well. I was stuck covering for the receptionist yesterday and away from the comfort of my own desk which wasn't so much problem. I had cinnamon almonds as my snack yesterday so I'm not so sure that counts as a fail or not but being conscious of my decisions like that definitely made me think twice!0

@GuamGrly I LOVE CINNAMON ROLLS!!!!
Today was the day i was afraid of the most....i work in a call center so i deal with alot of different people. Today, however, my "negative partner" is not here today. so its actually been alot easier for me to not voice a negative opinion. Also, im doing a special project so im not taking as many phone calls today either. i think i am destined to win this challenge!!0 -
I am exited to read how great you are all doing, there will always be ups and downs, but as long as you take it one step at a time and dont let it ruin your life is what really counts. That was my intesion with this challenge. I know we can do it.... As for today it was hard, I had too much stress, but as the day went by I was able to do better.0

We're just gonna say that today ended in a partial fail! :ohwell:
I had one of the worst, most draining days that I've had in a long long time. Work was crazy. The boyfriend was less than stellar. My 5-year old has decided to start peeing his pants again and did this twice within 3 hours. Managed to lose my driver's license in the process and can't find my ID card to save my life. So let's just say that negative thoughts were oozing out of me today! However, rather than turning to food as my comfort, I made it to the gym (which I haven't done in months because I have been working out at home) and gave as much as I could for a 40 minutes until the staff called me for my son AGAIN! So although the negative thoughts were definitely present, I didn't resort to my old ways and bad habits and feed my emotions with bad food choices and ice cream!! :bigsmile:0 -
Hi GuamGrly,
its funny how it works, when you are determine to do something good, it seems that everything goes wrong, but im glad that you got something possitive out of it. I had such a bad day today, I had plans for my class, but things always happen, I never made it to the gym, but I did get one thing out of it. I got an awesome prensent for my pastor. Keep up the good work, we can do it.!!!0 -
