Day 2 - HIIT 15

Doing Day 2 of TurboFire was a little more of a challenge because of the soreness but I pushed through it!! I did HIIT15 class today and WOW is all I can say. A short class but I was sweating my *kitten* off!! LOVED it Question to you all, how do you record it as exercise of MFP? The same as Fire 30 (kickboxing)???

I would just log it the same. This is why I told my husband that I want a HRM before I start mine. Not sure if I'll get it but, I am gonna try! :-)0

Thank you Yeah I want one as well. I was looking at the fitbit (?) and they have some I believe for $50 which is cheaper than some I have seen so if I get some money in the near future I might invest in one!!0 -
I have mine in there just as turbo fire and just update the time and calories each time0

I use my Fitbit to track my calories burned. Love it and just upgraded from the Fitbit Ultra to the Fitbit One last week.0

I thought that since yesterday was a short day that it would be easy! HA! I think I sweated just as much in 15 minutes as I did with 45 minutes of Insanity! I'm enjoying my rest day and I'm stoked to get back on it tomorrow (:0
