Hello everyone, I have been using turbo fire for awhile now but I just can't seem to complete the program. I think it's because I find it harder working out at home and prefer going to the gym. As anyone else been having this problem?

So this morning was day one of TF for me. It was a good work out but man.. I was so uncoordinated and couldn't keep up. I did it Fall of 2011and had great success, I became pregnant within 4 months of reaching my weight loss goal and although I have done a few classes here and there since then, I have struggled to get back into it. Just wanted to check in and see how everyone is making out on turbo fire? So far I love the program, I'm on week six and I'm down 17 pounds.
What do you eat before to maintain energy and what do you eat after. I will prob be doing exercise late morning early afternoon. I'm not doing shakeology. I don't think I can afford it.
What shoes do you recommend for all the jumping? Brand?
