I survived day 1!

With only a bit of a headache around 2pm.
Breakfast was 2 eggs scrambled with some spinach and olive oil
Snack: walnuts
lunch: rib eye steak and mixed vegetables
snack: clementine and raspberries
dinner: fatoush salad (no pita chips or tomatoes) and chicken
all in all a pretty delish day!

A rib eye at lunch just can't be bad. This is why I like eating this way.0

Day 2 was pretty good. Again, I had a bit of a headache in the afternoon, but all in all I felt fine all day.
When I got home last night I was really craving icecream, so i made myself a coconut milk/ coconut oil / frozen banana delight. a little more carbs and natural sugar then i'd like to aim for in a day, but hey, it was all natural.0
