I survived day 1!

With only a bit of a headache around 2pm.

Breakfast was 2 eggs scrambled with some spinach and olive oil
Snack: walnuts
lunch: rib eye steak and mixed vegetables
snack: clementine and raspberries
dinner: fatoush salad (no pita chips or tomatoes) and chicken

all in all a pretty delish day!

    A rib eye at lunch just can't be bad. This is why I like eating this way. :smile:

    Great job. That's why I also love eating this way. I eat delicious food all day long without feeling like I'm stuck "dieting". Enjoy the journey. Post again if you struggle.

    Congratulations! Maybe tomorrow you will be able to say that you enjoyed day 2! I hope you are able to love and appreciate this lifestyle like so many of us do! It is a wonderful way to live and I know I am so excited about it.

    Day 2 was pretty good. Again, I had a bit of a headache in the afternoon, but all in all I felt fine all day.

    When I got home last night I was really craving icecream, so i made myself a coconut milk/ coconut oil / frozen banana delight. a little more carbs and natural sugar then i'd like to aim for in a day, but hey, it was all natural.
