Morning (or afternoon depending on where you are) everyone,
What are everyones goals for this week?
I will kick things off.....
1) Weigh in ONCE weekly. I have weighed in today so I am going to try really hard not to weigh in till next monday
2) Do atleast 30 mins of moderate activity a day
3) Eat 5 + fruit and vege a day

Plans for the week;
Walk dog at least 30 min every day.
Have a plan for dinner before I eat it. (hopefully will be planned b4 work)
Go to 2 meetings.
No dessert types of food.
Log my food.
A cup of coffee or tea after work, before dinner.0 -
My goals this week are :
Drink more water
Eat more protein and veggies
Stay within my calories
Exercise 3 times this week0 -
walk the dog for 30 minutes a day
plan my meals ahead of time
resist the chocolate in the office and any other treats that might appear in the break room
stick to healthy snacks when studying or writing a paper (this is the hardest for me, I always go for sweet or fattening snacks when I am studying)0 -
My goals for the week is
1) start weighing myself ONCE a week (on Fridays)
2) go two weeks without junkfood
3) drink as much water as I can
4) making through this first week back without going over my calorie limit0 -

1) No eating after 7 pm
2) 5 servings of produce/day
3) Awareness of why I am eating BEFORE I choose to eat.0 -
1 I am aiming to burn 1600 cals this week,
2 To make healthier food choices,
3 And to drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day.0 -
Round 2:
1) Exercise for at least 60 minutes a day as I am traveling for 5 days from friday and may not be able to fit in much/if any while away
2) Stick to my daily food goal whilst travelling
3) Eat plenty of fruit and vege0 -
Stay within my cals for the week, not necessarily every day.
Walk 20 minutes, twice a day.

Fight the binge urges daily~
Drink 16oz of water before every meal~
Exercise 4-5+ days / week.
Be aware of my thoughts, try to keep them positive.0 -
1) Take the stairs up to my office at least twice per day.
2) Pack my breakfast every day so I don't buy baked goods from the cafeteria.
3) At least 8 glasses of water per day.
4) Workout 3x this week.
5) Do my stretches every day (starting today - I had a migraine yesterday so didn't do anything)0
