Anyone using Leslie Sansone DVD's for this challenge?

I have some, but I'm wondering if they are really accurate or should I just hit the treadmill?

I am not using them but have done them before and I do think they are accurate but I would mix it up, by walking on the treadmill maybe 2 days a week or even just getting outside to walk a mile or 2. Do whatever best fits your lifestyle!0

It's good to mix up the exercise. I used to run all the time in order to train for marathons, but switched to triathlons to use other muscles. I found the calorie burn better by running one day, swimming and cycling the next, running the third day with yoga and so on. It's muscle confusion to the body and a better calorie burn overall.0
