Seems like a positive group

I have been reading through some of the posts and this seems to be a very positive group of people which is great! I guess being 42 isnt so bad lol. I am down 9 lbs so far and am very excited about the last 57.

    Sounds like you're off to a great start. I'm 42 as well and living proof you can do it. Stay on track and torch that fat!
