When I joined MFP, I set myself 3 goals which I made public in my profile.
1. A1C to be below 6.5 by next test early Dec.
2. Lose 37lbs by my birthday in Feb and a stretch goal of 54lbs
3. Stretch goal lose over 80lbs by end 2013
At today's weigh-in I was 216 so a 37lbs weight loss, the minimum target I set myself for my birthday (February), so lets see if I can make it 54lbs by the first week in Feb. Not going to be easy with Xmas and New Year but that is another 17lbs in 11 weeks - I am telling myself its only 1.5lbs a week - easy

Thanks everyone.
To celebrate, I treated myself by adding a 25 mins run to my cardio routine at the gym
4 Months ago I would have struggled with that, but, tonight I followed it with 30 minutes elliptical and 15 minutes cool down on the bike. Hope my knees are OK tomorrow!0
