Getting excited about Thanksgiving and the turkey I always make. Martha's recipe and it is fantastic--no fail. Best turkey I've ever had.

So did have a loss of 0.2 but if i had to check in yesterday i would have a gain of 1 pound don't know where the weight went. I have been so tired getting op 3 times a night for 1,5 year is realy leaving me with NO energie!
I know i have to get up and go running it will give me some energie but it is just not hapening. I had an extremly bad eating week again! i have to get back on track! Did have a better eating day today and yesterday lets hope that is the start of an googd eating week, month, year etc.0 -
I only lost .4lbs this week. However, I also took mid-month measurements. Lost a half inch off my chest, half inch off my waist, 1 inch off my hips, half an inch off my thighs and half an inch off my arms. I'm SO excited! :happy:0

Haven't weighed in for 2 weeks as I was on vacation. I did gain 1.6 pounds and it could have been worse if I hadn't kept up my walking (fitbit says I walked 72 miles). I tried to make good choices and watch my portion control but I still indulged in many special treats. In other words I proved to myself I think I can, I think I can

already so its friday i stayed with my mom last night and have made a few poor choices this week but i also expected a gain because of my huge drop last week so here it goes

Lost 4.2 pounds since the 11/9/12 weigh in for a total of 20.2 pounds lost overall since 9/11/12.
This week should be interesting with Thanksgiving. Not really expecting a loss.... but maybe I can just blame any gains on pregnancy? lol. Truthfully, not trying to lose right now because of the baby, but will try to eat at whatever calorie levels my doctor thinks is healthy. Still tracking anyway... just to see.0 -

@kyleneSusan You should take measurements also, if you are sticking to your calorie count you could be losing inches even when the scale says you’re not loosing pounds.

Bad week for me. Not really sure what happened. My weight went up, but I don't feel like I have gained as much as the scale says since my pants are still fitting the same. I am hoping this is just water weight and will be back on track next week.

This past week have been the worst time of my life. I feel so unmotivated to do any so I guess that's the reason y I gained back most of my weight :-(

@katy0987 Sorry to hear the week has been tough on you. Dust yourself off and get back on track. This week try something, every time you think of an excuse (for why you can't exercise, or why you can't stay with in your goal, or why you can't turn a bad choice down), I want you to stop and think about the people who are waiting to tell you that they knew you couldn't succeed. Make the right choices, and lets look forward to next weeks weigh in!
Edit: Ok I am a little rusty with my kg to lb conversions but does that translate to you are currently 110 pounds and you want to lose 22 pounds for an ending weight of 88 pounds? How tall are you?0 -
Up again this week... I have been working out more lately so hopefully next week will be better. I hope everyone else is doing better than I am.
10/05 - 171.2 ......starting weight
10/12 - 168.8 ......down 2.4 this week. Thats probably just normal fluctuation though.
10/19 - ..................very sick, didnt get on scale :-(
10/26 - 167 ..........Great weigh in!!
11/02 - 173 ..........Terrible weigh in after a full week of eating bad and not exercising :-(
11/09 - 171.8 .......Another bad week
11/16 - 174.4 .......This is getting depressing, lol0 -
@ SwaggerMommy What are you using to determine your exercise burn? If it is MFP calculations, they tend to be high and since you are eating back your exercise calories that "could" be a big part of the problem. I would suggest trying not to eat the exercise calories back for a week and see how that works. Then if you need/want to you can eat a % of the exercise calories back, like 30 - 40 % and continue to lose.0

I finally bought a scale! It's coming from Amazon and should get here on Tuesday. It'll measure body fat and stuff like that, too, so hopefully it'll be a useful weight loss tool -- and not a $50 doorstop.0
