Am I the only one who thought they were going to die the first time they did this? My heart rate stayed above 155 the entire time and I had to stop several times because my HR was getting too high.

    OMG yes... I really had a tough time and felt like I didn't give it my all :(

    Sounds like you guys were fooled by the EZ part. So not EZ.

    I wasn't fooled by the EZ part. MY coach told us it wouldn't be easy. But it is definitely a lot more intense than the Firestarter I had been doing....
