    Happy Friday, everyone! Hope you all had a successful week. I am down another pound and very happy :)
    The weekend is here and I will be a deer hunters widow so no cooking! :bigsmile:
    Getting excited about Thanksgiving and the turkey I always make. Martha's recipe and it is fantastic--no fail. Best turkey I've ever had.
    What are all of you planning for the big day? Gobble gobble!:tongue:

    So did have a loss of 0.2 but if i had to check in yesterday i would have a gain of 1 pound don't know where the weight went. I have been so tired getting op 3 times a night for 1,5 year is realy leaving me with NO energie!
    I know i have to get up and go running it will give me some energie but it is just not hapening. I had an extremly bad eating week again! i have to get back on track! Did have a better eating day today and yesterday lets hope that is the start of an googd eating week, month, year etc.

    I only lost .4lbs this week. However, I also took mid-month measurements. Lost a half inch off my chest, half inch off my waist, 1 inch off my hips, half an inch off my thighs and half an inch off my arms. I'm SO excited! :happy:
  • Good morning all. Well I had been not logging in. No excuse. I actually got on yesterday asking people not to delete me. Okay weight 156. Have a great weekend. Time to kick it back. I need to have my energy back.

    Haven't weighed in for 2 weeks as I was on vacation. I did gain 1.6 pounds and it could have been worse if I hadn't kept up my walking (fitbit says I walked 72 miles). I tried to make good choices and watch my portion control but I still indulged in many special treats. In other words I proved to myself I think I can, I think I can:smile:

  • already so its friday i stayed with my mom last night and have made a few poor choices this week but i also expected a gain because of my huge drop last week so here it goes

    im still down from the other week and pushing ahead talking to my mom i figured a good time to work out. I am participating in my first 5k in august. Warrior dash here i come! keep plugging away only thing that you can do and make good choices today and dont regret your decisions just make better ones if they werent the best choice.

    Lost 4.2 pounds since the 11/9/12 weigh in for a total of 20.2 pounds lost overall since 9/11/12.

    This week should be interesting with Thanksgiving. Not really expecting a loss.... but maybe I can just blame any gains on pregnancy? lol. Truthfully, not trying to lose right now because of the baby, but will try to eat at whatever calorie levels my doctor thinks is healthy. Still tracking anyway... just to see.

    I'm so frustrated this morning. I didn't weigh in last week, so it's been two weeks since I checked my weight. I'm two pounds up. Dang it!

    11/16 = 246 pounds.

    I have really got to get a scale for my house.

    Lost 2 pounds....finally! I've either been at a standstill or I've gained in the last few weeks. My goal is still to get under the 153 mark. I've been trying for so long. I'll worry about my next goal once I reach that one. I need to remind myself to take it one step at a time.

    @kyleneSusan You should take measurements also, if you are sticking to your calorie count you could be losing inches even when the scale says you’re not loosing pounds.

  • @Jeleclekat As long as it's going down it's going in the right direction :happy: That chart sure looks familiar, it is so nice to watch all the numbers drop and see the constant reminder of where you started.

    Bad week for me. Not really sure what happened. My weight went up, but I don't feel like I have gained as much as the scale says since my pants are still fitting the same. I am hoping this is just water weight and will be back on track next week.
