I don't actually have a copy of this yet. I am supposed to get it from a friend this weekend. I did check out the video you posted here but I have a few questions.
It looks like I need weights. Do you have any recommendations for weight. When I do my Kettle ball exercises I use 1 5lb ball. So you think I should use something lighter or heavier?
Do I do the say video for the entire 10 days? No variations?
Somebody please tell me the truth. I will do it either way so you don't have to worry you will scare me out of it. Is it really as hard as people make it sound? It doesn't look that bad (as I watch it from my couch).0 -
Ruby, I would get a couple different weights, 3,5,8,10 to start with. You want to start out light and build up gradually to heavier weights!
Sorry do not have an answer to the repeating of video.0 -
Personally, I use a 5lb sset of dumbbells. I find it to be a challenge during extended reps, but it's not so bad. I'm considering upgrading to 8 lbs .0

Same video for 10 days and no, it's not that bad. Just keep it in your head that each part is only 30 seconds and that helps you push through. Start day 1 and 2 with light 1-3 lb weights to gauge. It should be heavy enough to get your muscles burning but not so heavy you can't complete the set. When it gets fairly easy to do the set then up the weight. I weight trained once upon a time and that rule worked for me to tone without injury or strain.0 -
You can buy each level through amazon for 1.99 and if you have a roku this is very easy and inexpensive.0
