Hello all! I'm new.
I'm Laine, from MI, and I'm on day 2 of eating Paleo. I'm using the book Practical Paleo, following the blood sugar control meal plan. Doing this because of a known gluten intolerance, a suspected dairy makes my blood sugar crazy...thing, and a family history of Fibromyalgia and RA. Also a lifelong unhealthy relationship with food.
I'm not tracking my food, but I love the forums here and look forward to meeting everyone!

Welcome Laine! My son's name is Layne also:) I am doing Primal/ Paleo due to lactose intolerance and suspected Gluten issue...and hubby has Crohns so this is best for both of us
I have been tapering off dairy/wheat and am hoping do be doing full up Primal within this week. Just in time for turkey day!
