Do you know why the last 4 weeks you only do Lean 3? I think I'll switch some of the other CXE's in there unless there is a good reason to do that one so many times.0

So, SO glad to see this is on here! I've heard a lot about Janelle's version, but never seen it. Glad to see her version is more "active" than the hybrid in the TF book, as that one seems kind of slow going to me for some reason.0

I am on week 6 now and I have to say I like that the schedule is more intense than the original hybrid, but there are times when it is *almost* too much for my body. I will definitely need a rest week after this. Not recommended for beginners.0

I've done CHX "regular" and got great results. I'd like to know if this really boosts it up.

It's a hybrid schedule created by Chalene's Sister Janelle . It's available for BB coaches and well thanks to the internet, Isys posted a thread so you could choose either doing this hybrid or the one that comes with TF.0 -

Curious - why did Janelle create this one and how different is it then the one in the TF book (which I can't find my book so..)
Also anyone know if there are advantages to doing a hybrid that has been 'set' as opposed to just doing what you like?
i've got a long way to go as I am only in my 2nd week of Burn and today is rest day so I'm doing treadmill routine and one of the ab programs from CLX....0 -
