since you got serious about working out?
I was walking along this week and it just FELT different- my bum was in a different place.
When running in place(high knees) I noticed today that my thighs were definitely slimmer.
And I can do thirty deep squats into scissor kicks at last! Even a few weeks ago, my legs would give out after about ten.
It is SO gratifying and encouraging to see these changes! What are your little triumps?

Great progress!
I have noticed my upper torso and shoulders have becomes leaner and more defined. I can also see and feel the muscles becoming harder in my lower thigh (upper thigh is still flabby!)
My endurance is definitely improving in leaps and bounds and I can now call myself cardiovascularly fit.
I'm also enjoying feeling real hunger and that I've earned my food, which is a far cry from my previous relationship with food.0 -

Starting to get excited about taking my 30 day shred measurements. Just finished day 3 of level 3. FINALLYYYYY....starting to see a change. I mean, I have FELT a change since day three of the shred, but just now have started seeing it. I have started to get those elusive lines on the side of my tummy along where abs used to be. Mind you, these lines on either side still frame my post pregnancy "belly"...but I know they are good lines!!!!0
