Up by 1lb since last week but down by 1lb overall. Bit peed off as I've tried hard this week and was hoping for a bigger loss. Still onwards and upwards (or ideally, downwards!)0 -

Was hoping to lose a bit more to make up for the gain last week, but getting back to starting weight is better then going deeper in the other direction!
Started a new work out today, cranked up the intensity with the weight session, doing a whole body work out 3 days a week with HIIT on Tuesday & Thursdays.

Have not gone below 132 on the scale. Being in the states we have Thanksgiving this week so I hope it is not a disaster this week. Plus all the kids home snacking. A good week to be motivated!

I'm still going to meet or exceed our goal despite this setback; I work better under pressure. I must just be careful now, as I have used up my mulligan early in the game

It was one of those "work" weekends - I spent a good number of my waking hours sewing. Have you ever noticed that over the weekend radio stations seem to play the same 8 songs over and over again - all day long?
Thanks to the radio - I can "shine bright like a diamond", feel confident that all I need is a "beauty and a beat", I can "whistle" like Flo Rider, have " one more night' with Maroon 5's Adam Levine and go to the "thrift store" and look 'good' in my grandpa's clothes........ That rounded out my weekend!

I'm happy that is down 3.4 lbs since I started. I am doing well with the eating I just need to do some more exercise on my, inbetween-exercise-class-days, just to keep up my burn as I have a pretty sedentary job. I have two goals in mind, it would be awesome to hit 160 lbs and to get under 160 to 157.4 would be epic. New territory for me, weights I have probably not been since my teens0 -

For those of us who have gone slightly in the wrong direction this week - don't panic too much. It's normal to go up and down a bit so as long as the overall direction is down then we're heading the right way!0 -

I've started working out more and drinking more water. I was down to 191 but this weekend killed me. Was on the road and I find it hard to eat healthy and work out when on the road. I will have to work on that.
