What is one thing you seem to trip up on that could be cut out this week? When I have hot spots I could not loose weight I will try a one week mini goal and it usually helps! I don't think I will weigh in this week coming. I've been sick and have lost 6 lbs, which I know will come back on. I've had a fever and no appetite so it's mostly water weight. What does everyone think, should I weigh in on Monday?
