A little disappointed to have only lost 1.2lbs this week as I had a great week, but I'm 1lb closer to my goal than I was last week so onto this week. How has everyone else done this week? :smile:

    Down a 1lb, which is not too bad. Thats 4.4lbs overall so far. Will need to keep focussed this week if I am to keep on track.

    Ugh, my stop point. Hope this week is a one off, want to be loosing something not standing still.

    ...nice to be going in the right direction again LOL This coming week is going to be a good one :tongue:

    Start weight (weighed myself 11/6 on my new Fitbit Aria)- 228.5 lbs
    12/11 - 224.4 lbs.
    19/11 - 222.8 lbs.
    26/11 - 224.2 lbs.

    I am up a bit - but I will work harder to lose it before next weeks weigh in!

    Woops a bit behind. Goal of 5lbs maybe reachable but I don't have much to lose. Another 9lbs left to lose total and doing strength and weight training. So we'll see!

    Sorry group I still haven't gotten to my family support group weigh in yet maybe ignorance is bliss!

    I can report I'm feeling great but will hopefully weight myself next Monday, still have 4 weeks and I'm trying not to worry. Reformed my diet for this week trying to have more whole foods in the day, dinner ill have to stick with what my partner wants but its never too unhealthy just hearty and warm.

    Discovered a lovely herbal tea the Pukka Lemongrass and ginger its so yummy! So hopefully that will stop me from drinking sweet tea and hot chocolate which I will treat myself to on Friday one of each.

    Going to be starting the ripped in 30 today I promise.
