Missed last weeks weigh in. Wasn't pretty but days after Thanksgiving never are!

I must say I am not terribly discouraged by the slow progress in weight loss. I can see a big difference in loss of fat around the mid section, and increased muscle mass.
I have lost about half an inch from the mid section in the last month.
