    Weigh in dates:
    11/1: 188.9
    11/8: 189.4
    11/15: 192.9 (Too many candy canes :D )
11/22: 191.8 (Guess I did not eat as many candy canes this week)

A goal NSV (None Scale Victory): My main NSV will be to bring my waist down to 38.25. I am at 38.75.
Still at 38.75...need to keep chiselin' away. On to my morning workout before the Thanksgiving feast.

    Weigh in dates:
    11/1: 166.6
    11/8: 163.2
    11/15: 163.2
    11/22: 162.6

A goal NSV (Non-Scale Victory): continue strength training twice weekly - the class I've been in just ended, so now I have to motivate myself!

Although I didn't make it to the gym twice a week, I did complete at least two workouts each week! I've been doing bodyweight circuits and Jillian Michaels' DVDs, so I feel pretty good. I'm toying with the idea of running a longer race in February (to date I've done only 5ks), so I might decide to add some more runs into the mix. Either way, this challenge has helped me a lot, and I appreciate the idea - thank you! Have a great Thanksgiving!

    Weigh in dates:
    11/1:187.9
    11/8:184.9 (186.3 later that week)
    11/15: 185.5
    11/22: 184.0

Although I did not reach my goal I did a great job! I lost 3.9 lbs!!
NSV was to eat better and have one cheat day a week and stay within the TDEE. Still improving on that one.
I did drink more water, exercise more and started a strength training program as a result of this challenge!
I am very happy we all did this! Looking forward to the next one.
    HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!
    * SPECIAL THANKS TO JMEYER FOR INSPIRING US ALL WITH THIS CHALLENGE. :-)

I gained a pound over night I have no clue how, I did not eat or drink enough yesterday to put a pound on. I still lost and I lost inches not what I wanted but trying not to complain. Lost inches since last week so maybe my numbers will go down next week.

I wasn't sure if I was going to make but I pushed through and beat my goal of 3lbs!!!! Working out was my saving grace b/c I ate out quite a bit. My plan for today is to only eat one plate I am going to have whatever I wan't on my plate but I will not go for seconds :) To hopefully counterbalance I am going to get a run in right after I get off here. Totally up for Christmas challenge although I will be traveling and it will be tough :)
