new to NROLFW, but not "heavy lifting"

Hello, I just purchased NROLFW. Like the title says, I'm not new to weights. I already try and lift on the heavier end, but everything I do is self taught. Will this program still be good for me, or is it more of a beginner plan? Thank you.

    I am almost done with the program. It is a great basic weight lifting program. You can make it as challenging as you want by increasing your weights. I am going to start another program once I am done but I will definately go back to NROL4W later. I know several people who have done the program several times.

    Starting Strength and Stronglifts 5x5 are program's often recommended on here.
