Week 2 challenge: Deadline December 2

Well now that our bladders will hold enough water to fill a kiddie pool it is time for our next weekly challenge. Again these are building challenges so while you are still consuming your water you will add in this challenge to your routine.

This week's challenge: Be my plus one.

Add one fruit or vegetable serving to your daily routine. In other words, keep eating/doing what you are eating just add one more fruit or vegetable to your food intake. Generally vegetables are your best bet to add if you are really watching calories but fruit is ok too. (Like any doctor will tell you, no one ever got fat from eating fruit, so don't worry about sugars and all that nonsense.)

In addition to the plus one challenge, please comment here and tell us what one of your short term goals is that you want to achieve by December 31st. Example: Lose 10 pounds, or go down one pant size, or exercise 3 times a week for every week between now and December 31st. Come on let us hear your goals so we can help!

My goal is to be down 15 pounds by December 31st. I really need help so keep in my line everybody! Seriously. I am not doing well at all. Exercise is there but food is not what it should be. I am going to focus on that this week. Pack a lunch Krista! Sheeesh!
  • Well, this one will be a piece of cake for me since most of my diet consists of vegetables and meat. I would like to lose 4lbs by December 31st and I'm going to try to do this by adding aeorbics every other day to what I'm doing.
  • Packing lunches is a huge thing and probably one of the hardest for me too.

I want to lose 7 lbs by Dec 31st so that way I have exactly 1 year to lose an additional 40lbs. In my crazy head that just seems like a good number that I can work with for 12 months. My other goal is to start working out 3 times a week for the month of December and then build from there.

I was going to have my goal be not gain any weight over the holidays but it seems a little weak after seeing your goals:) So I'll amend it to working out 1 hour a day 4 days a week especially on my days off-which is surpisingly difficult for me. Also on pinterest I saw a push up challenge so I'm going to include it in my daily routine.
