Favorite Calorie Savers

There are SOOOOO many tricks to saving calories throughout the day. (Drink skim instead of 2% etc.) I want to know what your favorite ones are!

The best one I have used (maybe too much! but I love it!!!!) is oatmeal flour.
Grinding up oatmeal (blender, food processor, coffee grinder etc) and substituting for flour. I made delicious pizza crusts with it and had pizza for less than 300 calories!!!

I can't give tips on portions and the conversions etc (a little oatmeal flour goes a LONGGGG way) but if you play with it you're bound to get something good! I had NO IDEA how versatile oatmeal was! I love it!

What substitutions have you found and love?

    Awesome tip! I have never heard of oatmeal flour but I am going to try it! I have used quinoa flour in the past and it was ok but I think I would like oatmeal flour instead!
