I feel right chuffed with myself as everytime I start any diet I always gain or stay the same in week two - then I give up.
Not now though, oh no no no.
a long road still ahead to go but as for my NYE challenge I'm now 7lb only 8 to go :-)0 -

I have no loast a single pound on the scale which is discourageing because I have been below my calorie cound 5 out of 7 days, only a couple calories over on 2 days. I also worked out for 5 days. Well, I do feel better and feel that I see a slight difference so I am just happy that I am feeling good and we will see if the scale catches up0 -

I sadly gained weight, but I was home for 5 days and didn't even log once while I was there so I probably could have avoided it. Much of this will come of this week I think, we shall see at the next weigh-in how I am doing. Holidays are always hard on me.0 -
Down 1.4 for this week although with the holiday weekend i thought it would be a gain. Trying to stay focused and not fall off my routine too much. Hoping I can get this done.:noway:0
