Hello all!
I'm posting this early (halfway through week 1) because I know some people weigh-in on different days (perhaps you start last Friday, not this Monday).
Week one officially ends next Monday. I hope you all are doing fantastic!

I weigh in on Friday's, but did Thursday this week because of the holiday. My goal is to lose 10 pounds (or more!) before New Years and I lost 4.4 pounds since last week!! Well, on my way!

I'm away from home and have no scales available, so it will be some time before I am able to weigh in, and I went over my calories today, but only by 22. It could have been worse. Good luck everybody.0

Lost 1.4lb this week my goal was to lose 6lb by new year so 5lb more to go0

221 this morning; so, down 1 lb from last week (yay!)
9 more to go by New Year's. I'll have to step it up, but I totally got this.

*I am just gonna say I would like to see at least 2-3 inches come off my belly button waist in 6 weeks. i hope that is logical. lol. and *i'd REALLY like to make it to like 156 lbs. not sure tho cus of jm 30day shred videos building muscles.
My last recorded bf% was on 11/7/12, and it was 43.7%. So,I would like to see that decrease quite a bit.
I am currently in size 14 pants. Would like to be in at least size 12 by end of this challenge.
**EDIT TO ADD: Next weigh in, I hope to be below 164. That is my most recent lowest and I keep fluctuating between 164-166.**0 -

I started the challenge at 188 pounds. I'm actually UP to 190.2 this week. I'm not beating myself up over it though, Thanksgiving was good and my job treating us for Black Friday was ok too. On ward an upward!0

I lost .5 lbs this week and I'm okay with that. My in-laws are in town and while I'm not going hog-wild, I'm not depriving myself. Between Thanksgiving and their need to try new restaurants every time they visit, it's been hard, but I'll have a much easier time getting to this goal once they go back home.0 -

I feel right chuffed with myself as everytime I start any diet I always gain or stay the same in week two - then I give up.
Not now though, oh no no no.

I have no loast a single pound on the scale which is discourageing because I have been below my calorie cound 5 out of 7 days, only a couple calories over on 2 days. I also worked out for 5 days. Well, I do feel better and feel that I see a slight difference so I am just happy that I am feeling good and we will see if the scale catches up0 -
