IP foods replace for Atkins Foods

IP foods are so expensive can you swap out Atkins bars and shakes for IP? Has anyone done this successfully?

    I would say no because of the specific ingredients and formulation

    I'm not sure about that; however, I replaced IP foods with a high protein/low carb vegan shake. I had a terrible reaction to the IP foods due to the milk in most of them. I am still following the protocol; however, I purchased my own shake and use that instead of any IP foods.

    I use Atkin and EAS products, they're great and I'm steady losing. Just ensure you check the numbers then check them again to be extra sure :smile:

    I have had success substituting Atkins bars and EAS shakes. Still losing and saved tons of money. Just compare labels so the carb/fats/protein ratios match, and treat the bars as restricted items.

    I replaced with Atkins shakes and bars. I prefer the Muscle Milk Light products.
