I know is a silly question , but I have to ask: it is permitted under Dukan Diet to eat sugar free Halls?

Honestly , I am craving sweets like crazy( 3 stresfull weeks ahead) and this was the only thing that I found at my corner shop.
Any other suggestions? Something that I can buy and doesn't taste like yogurt? :)

    after 2.5 months on the diet I've started to have cravings as well :/
    but I want to have EVERYTHING I'm not supposed to
