I am starting week three over so today will be week 3 day 1 for me! I am back on track and going to kick *kitten* the rest of the year!! I ate good last week but didn't workout very much cause my husband was off work for thanksgiving but I am ready to see some weight loss, inches lost and strength built.

Today was my final day for week 2! I am excited to find out what torture hides in week 3. I hope there are fewer "planks". I get a real mood boost just feeling the accomplishment of getting through Jillian's workout. I have not seen any movement with the scale or inches but I know I am getting stronger and if I get that workout done in the morning , the rest of the day is more productive too.Keep up the good work!0

I do my workouts in the morning too. I put my son down for his nap at 10 and start around 10:15, It gives me energy and if I were to wait till later in the day I tend to not get around to it because by mid day I am tired from running after a 1 year old lol0
