  • Yikes! I've only dropped 4.4 lbs. I don't think I'm going to be able to pull this off by next week. Sigh.

    Finaly at the halfway point down to 187lbs from 192lbs....that being said I bought a new (more accurate) scale, it has me 4lbs heavier than my old, it was a little discouraging, but kept my lowest weight with the old scale in my mind till I reached it on my new scale. So while I likely won't reach the 10lbs because getting this new scale part way through, I am proud of myself for fighting the disappointment of the increase when I first got the new scale and pushing through :bigsmile:

    Still at 187lbs, praying for another drop by Friday.....will be a miracle to reach my goal of 182lbs, but really happy with a steady consistant drop and kept it off while being sick and unable to workout!!
  • Down 6 pounds this month even with Thanksgiving. It is still early and I am still trying to adjust but I love this site!
  • Holding my own during this busy Holiday season, but still wish the other 4 pounds would drop off. I need to try the morning workout before work - maybe that will help.
