I weighed in at 148 five days ago. Today I was 144! Six more to go for this months 10 lb weight loss goal.
What I was supposed to do: - I really need to jog at least 4 out of the 5 days and at least 2 of those days needs to be a 30 minute jog. - No more breaks from working out on the weekends, though I'm going to allow my calorie count to jump on Friday's and Saturday's. - Need to hit the gym 5 out of the 7 days. - Need to goto…

Well I weighed in today to see if I had a shot at losing enough weight by Friday. Lo' & behold, I was already there! SW=249.6 CW=239.4 Total=10.2 lbs. I'm down 4.1lbs. I'm not sure how... I have been working crazy hours and I guess constantly moving, (12+ hours on my feet with 15min sit down for lunch if lucky).
