Day 1 of my 30 day shred! :)

Today I've done really well so far! I eaten really well and did 60 minutes on the treadmill and burned close to 600 calories! I'm really glad I joined this group! It will def help me stay on track and can't wait to hear everyone elses success stories!! :D LET THE SHRED BEGIN!!!

    Awesome! I did my 30 DS (day 1) too. Ughh... always reminds me how out of shape I am! lol

    I did day 3 of 30DS (I started on Sunday) - I loved it, and I did 2 sets of 20 pushups!! Sure, they were girly pushups from the knee, but that's way more than yesterday when I barely made it to 10 before my knees hurt! I'm going to try "proper" pushups tomorrow!

    I did day one of 30DS on Sunday + 64 minutes of walking/jogging.

    I did day two of 30DS on Monday + 31 minutes of cardio.

    I'm so flippin' sore I can barely move. Can't wait to see the results after 30 days!
