Day 1 kick off!

Day 1 observations and ideas. How are you doing so far? Use this forum to post questions and share your experience (good and bad) with the group.
If you had difficulty taking the detox pills try spreading them out into 2 doses.
How long did your first shake last before you got hungry?? If it was less than 2 hours try adding almond butter (1 tablespoon) to the shake or unsweetened almond milk or a SMALL amount of berries or a banana.

  • Day 1: totally bloated by the time I had my second shake (5 p.m.), I literally looked like I was 5 months pregnant! So far I've tried adding 1 T cold milled flax seeds, 1 T raw pumpkin seeds, 1 T Coconut Oil, banana, or strawberry, to my shakes.

    Day #2: Feel like there's a cinder block in my pelvis.....scared if it's mass that has started to move...and what it's going to be like when it decides to exit.
