Salad dressing

Day 2 is going great. I wanted a tangy salad dressing, but wanted to avoid bottled, so here is what I came up with and it turned out tasty:
For 2 servings
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 lemon - juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
Sprig thyme
2 sage leaves
1/2 sprig rosemary
2 tablespoons Kombucha (flavor of choice) I used Gingerade
Salt and Pepper to taste

Chop all herbs fine. whisk together and enjoy!
