How far is everyone so far? I started last week but I haven't done every day consistently. I've done 5 Level 1's in about 8 days. Now that Thanksgiving is over, I can be more consistent. Hearing about Level 2 on here is a little scary, I have to admit!!

Did day 1, level 1 two days ago and haven't found 20 mins to do my second day. Hating myself for it.

Quick question:
Is it really necessary to carry the weights for lunges and other exercises Jillian does on level 1? I don't have weights at home and I plan to go to the gym thrice a week, so I do some weights there anyway.
I do what Jillian does but without weight. I know it makes a difference but how much difference, I don't know.0 -
Starting tomorrow on my first day of level 1...I only have 5 lb weights at home. Do you guys think thats too heavy starting out?0

You don't have to do it with the weights! When I first started I used soup cans!!! (3 years ago I was a poor college student lol)
But if your going to be doing weights at the gym then you don't really need to worry!0 -
Day 5 Level 1 done!! I was sooooooooo tired this morning... snoozed the alarm but eventually dragged my butt out of bed for day 5! My whole body aches and yet I still made it thru.
I can't believe i'm already half way through level 1!0
