So in level 2 we have those jumping twists (can't remember the name) but anyways I get these pains under neath my boobies to the side. It doesn't matter if I drink water or not I still get the pain. Does this happen for anyone else?

Yesterday was day 1 for me. I couldn't find my 3 lb weights so I decided to just use the 5 lb weights I had. Oh wow, major ouch & burn by the end of the workout. I thought my arms were going to fall off! Today, I'm moving super duper slow & will be doing day 2 in 30 mins. I hope I survive! :)
So tomorrow I'm starting level 3. I will mention 1 thing though, 30ds has really changed my life. I was looking 4 a holiday quick fix n I got something better well I'm not losing much but I gained descipline, I now know what's important. N I wake up each day to workout.
I saw some posts on Reddit (r/loseit) about combining 30 DS with other workout regimes. MFPers, what extra things are you doing? I'm trying to do 50 mins of cardio, thrice a week along with some abs and hips. Have a fun weekend!
