What other workouts are you combining 30 DS with?

I saw some posts on Reddit (r/loseit) about combining 30 DS with other workout regimes. MFPers, what extra things are you doing?
I'm trying to do 50 mins of cardio, thrice a week along with some abs and hips.

I'm doing the Couch To 5K Program which is three days a week and walking for 40 minutes on the days that I don't do it. I lift some weights and do some ab exercises and I'm also thinking about starting a yoga workout. (:0

I power walk on my lunch break for 30 mins, or other nights I jump on the elliptical for 20 mins.0

Also doing the C25K. Will be doing non-interval cardio on "off" days once the semester ends (and I'm not spending so much time grading).0

In addition to 30DS, I do a stationary recumbent bike for about 30 min and a few hours later the treadmill for 30 to 60 min. Sometimes I run, sometimes I walk on the treadmill but I rarely miss a day. This means I am on the treadmill til about 10:00 pm many days, but that is how I am wired - I perk up at night.0
