Tight Calf Muscles

Hi guys, Just after some thoughts. I've been doing the Shredder and found my calves tightening up which resulted in a bit of a pull on day 9. I took a rest day and then did day 10 with just punching for cardio. Got back into it for days 1 and 2 of Level two but they are super tight and keep pulling all the time. When I try to just punch or walk it kinda helps but now they are pulling on the lunges as well and it's hard to get the heart rate up as much.

Any suggestions about pushing through it, stopping or maybe dynamic stretches etc for calf muscles. And has anyone else had this problem?
