Level 2 Exercise

So in level 2 we have those jumping twists (can't remember the name) but anyways I get these pains under neath my boobies to the side.
It doesn't matter if I drink water or not I still get the pain. Does this happen for anyone else?

    no i dont i actually find the twists easier than many of the other moves, maybe modify a little? keep your arms lower i dont know xx i have trouble with the ski jump move thing, i just cant jumo and do it, i have to walk it and do it slow. Goodluck xx

    are you maybe moving your upper body more than your lower? im not too sure. what if you put your webcam on when you're doing the move and see if you can notice anything. best of luck!
