Owww...my arms...my shoulders!!!!

Yesterday was day 1 for me. I couldn't find my 3 lb weights so I decided to just use the 5 lb weights I had. Oh wow, major ouch & burn by the end of the workout. I thought my arms were going to fall off! Today, I'm moving super duper slow & will be doing day 2 in 30 mins. I hope I survive! :)

    Try alternating hands with the weights--it helps a lot. And then work your way up to using both. I only had 5 lb weights to start with too!
