Accountability

For anyone that is currently doing a workout program, or are planning to start soon, this is a great place to keep accountable! I've ran several accountability groups at my local Fit Club and on Facebook, and know that being held accountable to your goals is key to succeeding. I'll start this out, and anyone else that wants to join please feel free :)

Workout: Body Beast "Bulk Chest"
Weight: 161 lbs

Breakfast: Tropical Shakeology, 4 egg whites, OJ
Lunch: Healthy Taco Chicken Salad (I have a bunch of recipes on my blog if anyone is interested http://deanbroadwater.com/ )
Dinner: Jennie-O Turkey Burger, green beans, cottage cheese

Snacks: unsalted almonds, baby carrots, GNC post workout Mass Gainer Shake

    I've been avoiding this topic because I know it is my biggest struggle. Time to get out of my comfort zone right??? I have gone three days of sticking to my calorie goal...but still haven't gotten up in the morning to workout...
