I'll join!
I'm basically starting over from scratch (which I REALLY don't recommend! lol), so I've got to get back on the wagon. This might help - I sure hope it does!
I weighed Monday, and I was up 2 pounds since before Thanksgiving. I weighed Tuesday, and I was up even more! So I'm thinking my water weight is definitely out of normal for me right now due to my gluttony over Thanksgiving. I'm going to use Friday as my "reset" weight. Hopefully it'll be better than yesterday's!0 -
I have made it to my 1st goal and have proved to myself I think I can, I think I can. Now on to the next 30 pounds goal which will put me under 200 lbs., move my BMI from obese to overweight and get me to my drivers license weight which I have fudged on for years. I have been saving can goods for every pound lost for the food pantry so I will be delivering 30 pounds of food today.

Starting Weight (SW) : 232.76 Lbs (8 August 2012)

Okay, this is my first Friday for weigh in:
Starting weight today is 180 lbs.
I have been doing MFP since August & I have lost 23lbs. I am not looking to be super thin so I plan to lose maybe 15lbs & hold a while & see what I need to do then.0 -
well i am up 3 pounds. I did eat pretty horribly this week. I suspect that some of this is also water weight and/or hormonally driven. I am sure I didn't gain 3 pounds of fat! have a good weekend everyone!0

Up 1 pound from last week. I have been consistant with exercising but haven't been able to get my eating under control.
10/05 - 171.2 ......starting weight
10/12 - 168.8 ......down 2.4 this week. Thats probably just normal fluctuation though.
10/19 - ..................very sick, didnt get on scale :-(
10/26 - 167 ..........Great weigh in!!
11/02 - 173 ..........Terrible weigh in after a full week of eating bad and not exercising :-(

I finally got a scale for my bathroom and then finally remembered to actually use it before hopping into the shower! (I have hair that's past the middle of my back, so when it's wet, it's probably about 3 pounds heavier.)
This morning: 243.8.
I can't remember how that compares to my last weigh-in. But since it's the first one where I'm weighing in my birthday suit, I'm going to start as if it's new.0 -
