Well, week one has come and gone and this is where our early starters can have their check in! Check ins are on Friday's, remember. I'm posting this now because I'm not sure about all of the time zones.

Hey all. My first post on here. Haven't been measuring myself as I'm doing this to improve body fat percentage. But I've taken before pics and if things do really well I.may consider posting them at the end. Anyway check in day and I'm disappointed.
Weight 148lb - 1lb loss.
Body Fat 38.3% - 0.3% loss
This is both much less than any previous week in months. I did bigger all exercise during those weeks. And I don't cheat.
Ahh well, better luck next week.0 -

Also I have been trying not to eat back all my exercise calories. I drastically changed my diet from eating what ever when ever to logging everything and not going over my calories...also I gave up regular sodas....Hard to believe these results. Definately motivation to keep going. Yeah for MFP and 30DS. Good luck on week two everyone!0
